U.S. Beauty Supply

We call it the “flea market”. Too many boxes and just stuff EVERYWHERE! They don’t need to order anything else for a few years. As soon as you walk inthe staff are asking if you need help. But they never really help you. They just point you in the right direction. I’m always afraid when I have to go to the back of the store that something will jump out on me. A lot of products but just a MESS!

I come here all the time and the staff is always helpful and sweet. On top of that they have a large variety of options whether its hair, product, or accessories you're looking for!

Y’all sitting up here on Gods internet lying. This place is an enter at your own risk beauty supply. You might walk in for hair and walk out with a lawsuit against them. There is stuff everywhere. Hardly room to walk. Prices are high and they do have everything you need and more but at what cost because you can really hurt yourself in there. The isles are narrow and there’s boxes of supplies all in the floor of each isle. The employees are always following and I hate sending my clients there. It’s a fire hazard. Someone needs to call the fire department or city inspector because how is this even legal?

I called to ask about a product, but the lady who attended my call was kinda rude about it, I asked about Salon line, a Brazilian curl cream, and when I said "you guys should have it think-" she interrupted me and said " we don't have it, and we don't care about it" Just be careful about the owner, she's rude.

After reading these reviews, I’m shocked and appalled that the woman at the front counter and manager act in such an ignorant and unprofessional manner. One thing I will say is that they are OVERPRICED. There are many other beauty supply stores that offer the same products and BETTER customer service. The best beauty supply store I’ve been to was in Passaic. So, definitely go over there. I will not back nor will they get any more of my money.
