Bought a wig at this store and when I got home I realized the wig was not the same wig I tried on in the store. The old lady had given me the wrong wig. They would not let me exchange it even though I did not wear the wig. They need to remove the lady from the wig department. She does unprofessional work and she knew she gave me the wrong wig. Shame on her! On the receipt it says exchanges within 14 days. Why put that on the receipt if you're not going to comply to it. DON'T SHOP THERE!

They sell fake and counterfeit products. I am mad i spend money and then later finding out its fake. They need to be reported. Also they tape everything up and it’s hard to even open and use products once purchased. Won’t be back. Please check your items and the packaging Before purchasing.

I’m giving this location 3 stars due to the Asian lady with the short, black hair. She is not friendly. However, the other young ladies that I’ve encountered on many other occasions are nice and professional.

It does take time to open a business 💜 Very nice crew, the owner lady allowed me to record, other most places refused. Gorgeous selections here

Went to the store to buy hair and the sign says 50% of green price when I got to the register she said price has already been marked on the green tag. Really??? That’s not how your sign reads.
