I walked out of this beauty supply. Went in Looking for braid hair. I tried to find the hair i need but couldn’t so I asked the cashier. She just pointed And said go to the left while all employees were just standing Behind the counter. I left the other hair and said ill go somewhere Where they are more helpful. It would have been nice to be led to the product instead Of pointing me to a large area of products I had already looked through on my own without Success. Won’t return!

I needed help figuring out the right product to buy to do a at home color correction and Autumn was super sweet and very helpful. She recommended the right products and explained what I should do step by step! Shout out to Autumn

I am writing to express my concern about the poor customer service I experienced during my recent visit. As I approached the register to check out, instead of being courteously directed to another lane, the cashier loudly stated, “Ain’t no one on that register,” and then laughed with the gentleman sitting at the computer behind the counter. The behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I chose to remain calm and take the high road, as I work in customer service myself and understand the importance of treating every customer with respect. However, this interaction left a negative impression and did not reflect the level of service I expect from your establishment.

The store is very well organize , the crew is kind and the check out is fast and easy. The biggest store I could find with so many options

They definitely hace a great selection of products my wife never leaves the store!
