I loved this place up until I got my henna done. I had high hopes. I lied to make the lady feel better about her work and said I liked it. But what really triggered me was paying $50 for it. Come here for only eyebrows. No other service ! Henna is hideous and was charged $50. The henna cone was from Amazon too. That was the first red flag and the second was the lady didn’t have any pictures of her work. I don’t blame her it’s not worth it Update: gave me a partial refund

I’m so glad I found this salon! The staff is gentle, precise, and really listens to what you want. My brows came out perfect, and the waxing was painless. The place is clean, welcoming, and the prices are honestly amazing for the quality. I always feel so comfortable every time I go. They pay attention to the smallest details and make sure you leave happy. Walk ins are super easy and they’re always so friendly. Truly one of the best beauty spots around. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this place!! 🙏🏻 it’s honestly the worst salon in Washington State. 🚩😡 The only thing they can handle is eyebrows; for everything else, it’s a total disaster. The shop is dirty 🧹 and the staff is super unprofessional. There is also a major language barrier, they only speak Hindi or Spanish, so they don't understand what you're asking for. 🚫🗣️ Why you should avoid them: • They ruined my hair: They bleached and colored my hair over and over again trying to get the right shade. I lost all my healthy hair and it's completely gone now. 😭💇‍♀️ • Overpriced & Cheap: They use low-quality products but charged me $230. Worst parlor I don’t recommend to anyone. They charge money but the services are very bad. They don’t treat you well. Money minded. There’s no space it’s very congested. They don’t even understand the customer. They will charge you more. I regret going there. Please guys, don’t go to this parlor it’s very bad. They will charge more money if the service is poor.
