Mel is great! She always does a fabulous job and is very attentive to detail. She always has the latest colors, too! I love that I get to relax in a private room, versus the atmosphere of some other nail salons that are chaotic and tough to relax in with so many clients all in the same room. So happy to know I can go to Mel after a hard day at work and get a wonderful relaxing experience and consistent great service! I highly recommend her!

Michele is amazing! Her shampoos are like a gentle massage. And she offers wonderful guidance on cut and style when you come in not knowing what you really want. The salon is lovely and so are the people.

High turnover. Rachel and Anna were amazing. Both of them left the salon. No one called to cancel my appointment. I happened to see Anna went to Posh Salon on Instagram so I called the salon to see if I still had the appointment I made. I was willing to see someone else for the appointment I had but they told me they can’t keep the appointment & Anna left. Definitely better salons out there! Someone should have called to cancel or atleast honor the apt i had with another person. This place is not great.

Just had an appointment done by Melodie. She was absolutely amazing, super personable and very kind. She made sure to take the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and led a great conversation throughout the process which kept my mind busy (I definitely needed that at the time). The girl at the front desk was super polite. Making an appointment, the initial as well as the next, was super easy and the whole salon is clean and beautiful inside. 10/10, thank you Melodie!

I have been coming to this salon for 7 years. The stylists are all wonderful. They have been so supportive as I made the decision to transition to grey. They helped guide me through the process with beautiful highlights and lowlights mingled with the natural. They expertly cut above the demarcation line to complete the new me. I have never received so many compliments in my life. If you are tittering on going natural grey I would highly recommend that you come and seek the expertise of the stylists at Urbane!
