I’ve only been in Chicago for a few weeks, and finding the right barber was important to me. I’m glad I found B-Flat at Urbane on Oak and New Orleans in Chicago. He did an outstanding job on my haircut. He was sharp, professional, and paid attention to detail from start to finish. The cut was clean, even, and exactly what I was looking for. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values his clients. The shop atmosphere was solid too, welcoming, smooth, and professional. If you’re in Chicago and need a barber who knows what he’s doing, I strongly recommend B-Flat. Great service. Great work. I’ll be back.

Disappointed . I have latino thick and semi curly hair, I did a walk in because the reviews looked fine. I specifically asked the barber if he knew how to cut my style of hair to which he confidently said yes. I even showed him a picture (basic mid fade), to which he confidently said yes. If you’re looking for a new shop or barber, this is not recommended by a new user, at least for fades. If you have basic hair and get a basic cut, sure this will do.

I was in need of a barber last minute. I found Darren on Google. Called him. He was able to fit me into his schedule right away. Great cut! Great person! Found my new barber! Thank you Darren.

I’ve been going to Kenneth for a while now and I always leave satisfied. He’s consistent, pays attention to the details, and always gets me right. The shop also has a really chill atmosphere—clean , good vibes, and an overall laid-back experience.

I had an awesome experience with Mehdi! The shop is super clean and has a really welcoming vibe. Mehdi took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave a few suggestions that made the cut turn out even better. The fade was clean, the lines were sharp, and I never felt rushed. On top of that, the conversation was easy and chill, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best haircuts I’ve had — I’ll be coming back for sure!
