I had such a relaxing and peaceful experience at Urban Zen. My esthetician, Madison, gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had (Hydrafacial) and the massage had me floating on cloud 9. Vera gave me the perfect blend of working my achy muscles, relaxation, & cupping. These ladies really excel at their specialities and the owner, Elena, has created such a lovely space. Next time, I’m taking my daughter so she can enjoy :) They have a new customer for life.

I love coming here for my facial and massage services! It is always so relaxing, the atmosphere is very calming, and no matter which service provider I get, I am extremely happy and they do a wonderful job. I recently had Cecilia as my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing. She is so kind, professional, experienced, uses incredible techniques, and really knows a wonderful balance between deep tissue and relaxation. Thank you!!

I felt the massage with Krystal was uneven. For example my hand was massaged on one side and not on the other. I also felt the pressure was not that of a massage. Even thought I requested medium pressure, it felt very light and not focused on problem areas I described to the therapist. The neighbor’s music was very loud during my session, which made it difficult to relax. I also was under the impression I paid for a foot massage and I do not feel for the extra price I paid that it could be considered an add on. Thought she rubbed my feet it felt light and as if nothing happened. I left feeling pretty unsatisfied. The location is on a busy road, the inside is beautiful and clean.
