I was not informed or consulted of the price of the cut and color. I had a pixie with a side shave. I chose vivid colors. I was asked how much I $$ I had budgeted. I answered $500 because I truly had no idea and again, we never discussed price. Oddly, that was the exact price. I paid $600 for an average cut and color and a very “spiritual” experience that included crystals, wearing her headphones to listen to grounding music and her reading my aurora. 2 stars because she did do a good job on my hair.

Jess came highly recommended for a pixie haircut. I cannot recommend her enough! She knew exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly.

Jess is AMAZING! She is a beautiful soul inside and out. She made me feel comfortable right away, almost as if we’ve known each other our whole lives. Besides her joyful and charming self she is very knowledgeable in her profession. She made sure I knew every product she was using and why she was using it for my hair type. She asked me all the questions to get to the root of my hair issues and then worked her magic. Jess has such an eye for the most flattering way to cut your hair to really highlight your features and face shape. If you are looking for a sign to find the right stylist, THIS IS IT! I recently had a dramatic cut at another salon and it just didn't suit me. A friend recommended Jess, so I made an appointment. She totally FIXED it! She knew right away what I wanted and I left feeling like a new girl. She offered explanations for what she was doing and definitely knows her stuff! The other thing I noticed immediately was her positive energy. She made me feel comfortable right away, and I could tell she really listened... and she obviously LOVES what she does. I highly recommend her!

Jess is the best! I get a cut about every 3-4 weeks and Jess always asks what I'd like done but I always just defer to her what she thinks I need and I've never been disappointed. She explains what she is recommending and why. It is easy to see that Jess cares a great deal about her clients. I've always left in a better mood than when I went in. I'm impressed with how Jess in the last year has managed to navigate Covid, relocate to a new space, and still offer a great experience. I won't go to anyone else in CR.
