I love Urban Sweat Nolensville. The owner is so accommodating and will do whatever it takes to make the clients feel comfortable. The studio is so clean. Once you walk in the door you feel so relaxed. I love the sauna pods and red light therapy. It is a great location. I highly recommend to anyone who is interested in infraed sauna, red light therapy and cold plunge.

Amazing place! I have tried both the sauna cabin and pod. The way I feel afterwards is amazing-almost like I’ve done a full workout. Detox, stress relief, and so much more.

Absolutely loved our experience at this infrared sauna and cold plunge spot! The facility is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation and recovery. The infrared sauna was incredibly calming and helped me sweat out so much tension, while the cold plunge was refreshing, the perfect way to reset both mind and body. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge and take care of their wellness.

Really great space and the staff is always so friendly! I’m new to infrared sauna, but I can already tell that it makes a difference in how I feel as a high stress person. So glad I got the membership.
