Update on 10/25/2025 After my initial post Urban Savyy responded saying to contact them. When I called, the management said they will fix my nails with a complete new set free of charge. So today I had a completely new dip manicure and the technician did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their customer service and the skillfulness of today's technician,Tina. They also told me I can request a particular technician in future visits. 10/17/2025 I have been coming to this nail salon for nearly three years and the service was great. But the past two manicures I had was not so great. The service and quality was not as before. I got a dip powder on 9/27/2025 and within a week it started to chip and a week ago a big piece on one nail cracked and fell off. I felt that the technician did

Have only been a couple times but I think this place has amazing techs so far! Amy did this Halloween set for me and she was so fast and talented, looked even better than the photo I brought in.

I come every 2 weeks here and they are always welcoming, polite, and do a great job. Everyone that works here is good. They can do designs, builder gel, acrylic, dip, chrome, etc. I also like how timely they are. I usually call the same day to get in w my girl and she has me out in 1 hour. I’m so glad I found this place !

First time here and the staff were very nice! My nails came out perfect!! I will be back again
