Urban Oasis Spa

My girlfriends and I had the most amazing experience at Urban Oasis Spa. From the start to finish, the staff took great care of us and everything was so detailed/well thought out. Once you walk in you are transferred into a place of peace of ultimate relaxation away from the hustle & bustle of the city. We all got the signature head spa and the whole process and experience was divine. Everyone was so professional yet kind, kudos to the manager, Sana and the staff Mae, Sharon and Vera who took great care of us. I would definitely come back and recommend this spa to anyone, both locals and visitors as they offer facials, body massage and lash extensions as well!

The environment is nice, but the rooms are very close together and not soundproof. You can hear constant water sounds from other rooms, which makes it hard to fully relax. The experience includes many elements such as foot washing, hand cleansing, and sound healing, and the presentation is quite elaborate. However, for me, the most important part of any spa experience is the massage itself. I didn’t feel that the massage technique was particularly strong. It felt more like following a set procedure and using various tools rather than truly focusing on helping the client relax. I’ve had massages in many different places and usually fall asleep easily, but during my 70-minute head massage, I never reached that level of comfort. The head spa itself was absolutely incredible; the gentle hair wash and essential oil massage melted away all my tension. The staff were so kind, attentive, and intentional with everything they did—it felt like they truly cared about creating the best possible experience. Afterward, my hair was beautifully styled, and sipping tea with a sweet treat was the perfect ending. This is more than just a spa visit—it’s a whole ritual of rest and renewal. Came in for the aromatherapy massage and had a great experience! The staff are so kind and thoughtful and the space is clean, quiet, and makes you feel calmer as soon as you walk in. The foot soak at the beginning and the tea and dessert afterwards were such a nice touch too. Will definitely be back!
