Urban Nails and Spa

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I value customer service and Urban Nails and Spa is exquisite. It was actually my birthday and I truly enjoyed myself the entire time. The staff was so friendly and greeted me with kindness. The salon is also gorgeous and was spotless. I was offered wine, water and snacks which was amazing. My pedicure was so relaxing and came out flawless. Lastly, I’m absolutely obsessed with my nails! The artist exceeded my expectations and her work is impeccable. I’ve been getting compliments nonstop and I’ve already recommended this spa to several friends. 10/10 highly recommended!!

Listen to me.. Run do not walk!!!! when you walk into this salon the environment it’s wonderful everyone is so welcoming. Their customer service is excellent.. As it relates to my nails, i’ve never gotten my pedicure so well done since i’m in the state.. My nail tech was Brittany. She was amazing!!!! I loved every step of the process and my toes your properly cleaned.

My nail tech was Binh and he did a wonderful job on my nails. He gave me every thing I asked for. He was quick but still focused on the details at every step of the way. This was my first time going to Urban Nails and it was by far one of the best nail experiences I've had.

Ben and Wendy are back! They are amazing as well as their new place and the whole staff! I have followed them for the last 7 years, come and pay them a visit you won't be disappointed!

Urban Nails & Spa is the nicest nail salon that I’ve been to in Columbia. This salon is modern and very clean with a true luxury vibe. The staff is attentive and takes the time to listen. The pedicure options were unique and well worth it.
