Jordynn was the sweetest! She was so compassionate and thoughtful and patient! She took the time to assess my scalp and ask my normal routine with my hair. Once that was done, she suggested what is the best treatment for my hair for the appointment and spoke me through what she doing as she was doing it as far as the washing and protein treatment. She also did really great in explaining to me where my hair broke off and making sure I wasn’t attached to my hair to help heal and trim my ends appropriately for future treatments and growth journey. 10s across the board! Loved her generosity and the staff’s hospitality here! Def will be coming back and making this my home salon!

This was my first time at Urban Lotus Hair Salon. I must say it was a great experience, from the time I called to book the appointment with Jayla until the time I walked out the door. Brynn was my stylist, and when I say I enjoyed my experience, I did. Brynn is very knowledgeable. She did a great assessment of my hair and what was needed. She took her time with my hair. Brynn has great customer service something I am big on. I have found my new salon and stylist.

Misha is fantastic. She knew exactly what I needed to get to where I want to be. She always listened to me. Now it’s like we are old friends and we just chat up a storm when I’m there. I’m excited for my appointments and she isn’t afraid to say no to anything that may cause harm to my hair. This will be my forever spot. Already seeing improvements in my hair. Love this place. My hair is amazing and healthy from the lovely beautician Chelsea who has been beautifying and treating my hair weekly. I recieve so many compliments from family, friends, and work employees all the time. My hair is silky, smooth to the touch, looks full, and falls right into place. My ends are perfectly trimmed, growth, and flows very lovely. I am grateful to have happy hair now 😀. I enjoy Urban Lotus, great friendly environment.
