I really like this hair store. They have EVERYTHING Yu need, it's them Damn Meter Maids I can't stand. I would def shop more but everytime I come out of URBAN BEAUTY, I have a Damn Ticket. It's like they're STALKING cars. I feel as tho I Park appropriately but they ALWAYS find something. 7 inches from the curve? Come on!! Yu need some cuz it's Obvious your THIRSTY. I can Pay the ticket, but the Time I'm wasting going to Pay it SUCKS!! I got ishh to do Boo!! Urban Beauty, Pls tell those WEIRDOS to leave your Custy's Alone, I'm sure Yu would Double Your Sales if they would. Urban Beauty puts every other hair store to Shame. I’ve been living in Waterbury for two years , and have driven past this gold mine for too long to not have stopped in !! Well let me tell you I am grateful I did ! The place is outstanding !! And the customer service is nothing short of amazing ! I’m always greeted warmly when I walk in . I didn’t get the ladies name but she’s so helpful she walked me through the whole process on how to do my lace!! Super patient and sweet ! The cashier was also great as I kept running around grabbing more goodies lol ! Don’t let the parking stop you by from dropping in I promise you it’s well worth the trip ! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

Just moved into the area and stopped in. The store has a large selection and a lot to offer and is very neat and organized. Gilda took her time and assisted the two of us with all of the products we needed and explained how to use them. I definitely will be coming back. Great Customer Service !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
