What makes a business great? People who give good customer service. I was searching for an inflatable shampoo basin and called several places. When I reached the Urban Beautique in Bronzeville, the lady who answered was so kind, even though they didn’t have it in stock. She recommended their other location, off 88th and Ashland. That small gesture already made my day feel promising. When I called that location, Ms. Kim answered with a pleasant voice, and to my surprise, they had exactly what I needed! We rushed over, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was nice. The atmosphere was relaxed, complete with smiles, laughter, and warm greetings. Ms. Kim even remembered my voice from the call and directed me straight to the product. A gentleman on staff kindly showed me where it was,

fully stocked with all your needs. Friendly and helpful staff that provide excellent customer service. Was a long way from home, but I am glad I found them.
