Upward Spiral Wellness

I recently had a 90-minute prenatal massage with passive stretching and hot stone therapy with Christina DeFranceaux at Upward Spiral Wellness, and it was an outstanding experience. Christina creates an environment where you can truly relax right away. She was incredibly attentive and intuitive, helping release the upper-body tension I tend to carry while also supporting the changing needs of my body during pregnancy. Her combination of therapeutic massage, gentle stretching, and heat left me feeling noticeably more balanced, mobile, and at ease. I left feeling restored and cared for, both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone, especially those looking for thoughtful and skilled prenatal bodywork.

I booked last minute, and Christina was accomodating. She incorporated a few modalities, it was a wonderful mix of massage, hot stones, aromatherapy, and energy work that left me feeling so much better. Even just flipping over on the table, I could feel how much my tight upper back had been impacting my breathing because I coughed from the sudden ability to breath better after the tension was alleviated. (This is a good thing, to be clear, lol.) Highly recommended. :)

My breath journeys with Christina were incredibly powerful! I'd had no idea what to expect, but any initial apprehension was easily relieved by Christina's comforting presence and safe guidance throughout the process. My experience with Christina in one of her breath work sessions has been wonderful. The session was amazing, allowing me to release, calm the mind and connect with my inner self, meanwhile she was holding space to allow all this to happen. This was my 3rd session with Upward Spiral Wellness and I have to say I am hooked! If you are looking to improve your overall well-being, lower your stress levels, or target a specific issue, you can trust that Christina will meet you where you are at. She has a calming, gentle nature and greets you in a gorgeous space, complete with a heated toilet seat and massage table! This was a huge bonus on this cold winter day. I loved absorbing the energy, vibration, and frequency of the gong and the singing bowls during my last session. I am also recovering from a foot injury and she was very mindful and gentle in her approach to my injury.
