I've been living in mount dora driving to Orlando. To get my nails done for over 3 years until I bumped into this place. This is my new nail shop. They are wonderful. The customer service is beautiful.

Just left. Got pedi and mani. He soaked my feet for about 3 mins. Trimmed nails and removed callous. Applied lotion to my legs, but never touched my feet again besides painting and painting is horrendous. I requested someone else to give me my manicure and although she was nice, she was horrible. Absolutely no lotion at all soaked fingers, trim, nails, and painted have polish all over the ends of my fingers. I actually applied the lotion myself.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent manicure experience at the salon. While I have always been pleased with pedicure services, my first manicure was quite disappointing. The technician who assisted me seemed unfriendly and had difficulty understanding my request for a French manicure. During the service, he accidentally cut my pinky finger while clipping my nails, which resulted in significant bleeding. Although he applied glue and bandages to stop the bleeding, the incident was very unsettling. I asked him to stop the service and was preparing to leave when Michael the owner intervened. He offered to complete the manicure at half price, and sincerely apologized. He did a great job finishing the manicure. However, due to the initial experience, I don't think I will be returning

The folks at Uptown Nails have been sitting outside for about an hour, chainsmoking and throwing their still lit cigarettes into the gutter, which is full of dry leaves. Guess they are trying to start a fire and burn the place down. Please use an ashtray, or at least a bottle or something to put these out! Don't support this business!
