Uptown Nail and salon

My mother came here for a manicure, and unfortunately the results were very disappointing. Within just one day, the nail polish began peeling, and it continued to worsen until her nails looked like this. A manicure should last longer than 24 hours, especially when done by professionals. Sadly, this experience showed a lack of care and pride in the work. I would not recommend this salon—save your time and money and choose a place that delivers quality results.

It's been 11 days since I've had the powder dip manicure and it still looks like I've just had them done. They are still beautiful! The hot wax pedicure was wonderful. Very nice and professional team of women!! I will be going back.

I had a great experience with James at Uptown. I have sensitive nails and also prefer wrapping to remove dip powder, vs. soak in acetone. James was very kind and patient with my request. I went to other nail salons in the area and they refused. I know it takes extra time and i tip more bc of that. Also, James followed each application step rather than skipping to save time. In this area, many shops are providing 'fast food' type nail service and not good nail health! I will pay more for good nail service. Thank you!

I was recommended this shop by a friend and by the reviews online I took they word However maybe they are not used to doing long acrylic nails or overlays on toes . The jelly pedicure was amazing but $60! for my acrylic overlay then a extra $20! for gel is a bit much my feet alone was $145 if you are afraid to do something just say that done charge a first time customer outrageous prices then when I called a couple days later to get some clarity and to let you know I had too much acrylic on my toes and it’s coming up to the point I have to glue it down then you want me to drive back another 45 minutes with my receipt as if you didn’t watch the lady ring me up for $210 which I paid and didn’t give her any . I treated her with class and respect. I only wanted the same when I called all I got

Well..welll...welll...A complete and utterly waste of time and money!!!!! Came to this location a few weeks ago and got a pedicure, which wasnt all that great. I figured since they were super busy, I would give them a pass because years ago they really took pride in their work and did a great job. Hang in there with me, I come back today for a pedicure and fill in. Pedicure yet again left me hopeless as the tech was super careless, and I jave just as much dry skin leaving today as when I got here. Here comes the fill in, uneven and bumpy acrylic and as soon as i walked out the door, my polish began to peel. Walked back in to talk to the owner and they acted if it was something I did, when the polish was peeling on 5 of the nails in the same place. They offered no apology, nothing!!! Not e
