The weave and wig selection is excellent, and they even carry adorable house shoes for both kids and adults. My 7-year-old fell in love with the pair she picked out—the ears flop when you walk! Over priced products! Like double the cost of the original price. Then they sold me organic hair that doesn’t curl and said it would curl! Never again

I went and purchased a couple of hair products over a month ago. I paid for my items with my debit card (Visa) and the card machine approved the charge. I was on my way out after I paid for items and was stopped by the cashier. She said the transaction did not go through even though the card machine said it was approved. Long story short Uptown Beauty charged me two different transactions amounts which was very strange. When I saw it on my bank statement I went to talk to the manager about it and she took pictures of the transactions on my Chase app. She said she would refund me my money within three weeks. It’s now been over a month and I still haven’t been refunded unfortunately. If you go here bring cash to buy your items because they will not keep their word and refund your money back.
