Came here 15 years ago and said I wanted dreads as I called them. So Jeneba started off retwisting my hair. She told me if I come here every two weeks to get a retwist eventually they will loc up. Been coming here ever since. Love the ladies and the service. More chilled and laid back. Jeneba till this day retwists me up.

Excellent location to get you hair braided, styled, colored, etc; this salon does it all. I actually came here on a referral from a friend and it exceeded my expectations. The customer service is so good that after the hair is styled you almost want to just keep hanging out in there to talk and share stories. I'm honestly going to start making the salon trips a group event because it's such an inviting atmosphere 😁

When I stumbled upon this place I discovered a Gem. Tara is a manicurist extraordinaire. She took great care in restoring healthy growth to my nails. I continue to return and have recommended Upscale to my friends. And guess what? They are also happy with the service. Also love the ambiance of the place. This is like a Social Event.!!

This is what my hair looked like after 1 week. Paid the stylist Rose &150 - went back to try to do something different- tried to be negotiable ask for 50% of monies back- No response - usher right out the door- so disappointed

I just happened to be walking by, as Salome was standing in the door way, she was available to do the service I requested! She assured me good quality for the amount I spent! Believe me when I say I haven't felt this blessed by an Angel's hands, since pre-covid days! It's always nice to stop in and get the hair care I need! Especially when she was doing the style, she would ask me if I was ok, or if it was too tight! She did Wonderful!
