currently both my big toes are in pain with torn cuticles and burns from the hot water and towels that my lady did not let dry out. seems paint also wasn't evenly distributed either. overall love the new layout and always love the fun services and scents provided, but it's been extremely painful for some services. my most recent stylist told me to dip my toes in the water and I ended up with minor damages to my nerves because of the scalding hot water. My stylist also hardly provided a foot message despite that being included in the pedicure I ordered, and she doesn't wear a name tag like the other ladies either, but her name is May. She also shocked my leg with how much friction she made with the rocks because she didn't apply enough oil. She spent maybe 5 minutes with the sugar scrub a
