I was visiting from out of town and needed a pedicure. I made the best decision that day when I walked into Upscale Nails. As soon as I walked in I was greeted in unison by the staff that made me feel so welcomed. The salon is so clean, comfortable environment and the nail techs are all talented. The cherry on top is that the business is black owned. What a rarity in this industry! My review would've been a 5 if it wasnt for the wait and the long time it took for my service. The owner kindly apologized. But the experience was worth it. And oh yeah...a hair salon is attached next door too! Genius idea!! Talk about a one stop shop! I highly recommend this place!

It’s hard writing this cause I really wanted to support this B.O.B but it’s been hard when my last two trips resulted in this, my visit prior to my black and red full set, left me with a fungal infection in my nail that wasn’t there when I previously got them. Delilah is amazing! Super professional with a sweet, welcoming demeanor that makes you feel comfortable right away. She’s so easy to talk to and really knows her craft. I got Gel X nails and absolutely love how they turned out—flawless work! I was in and out quickly, but she didn’t cut any corners. The quality and attention to detail were top-notch. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a great nail tech!
