They reached out the next day to confirm a reschedule and offered to do my nails on them, which was completely unexpected and more than enough. I respect and appreciate the steps they made to clear up the miscommunication from the prior day, and my nails came out better than I’d asked for. Tan did my nails and I’m very happy with how they turned out, and it just reaffirms why I wanted to go to this salon in the first place. Less than 24 hours later..... I paid 260.00 for two Valentine's pedicures and two manicures. Sooooo disappointed 😓. I only took a shower this morning and they started flaking off! So much money and such a disappointment. 😓. This was for my daughter's birthday. Major flop!

This was my first time to this nail salon. I was in town with my son who having a cancer treatment and wanted to step away for a couple hours and treat myself to getting my nails done. Tan was Very pushy and not friendly. On the other hand Hana Was amazing and did a wonderful job on my pedicure and took her time and was very friendly.

Kayla is the BEST technician I have ever worked with. She was phenomenal from start to finish and went above and beyond for me! I can’t recommend this place and her enough! I’m so thrilled. I’ll never go anywhere else!!!!!

Disappointed with my last mani pedi the technician was rough with me hurting me a couple times and she would just say I sorry. I was also disappointed that she was blatantly speaking in her native language about me, i think it is very rude and disrespectful. I just got a regular manicure this is the condition of my nails a week later after removing my polish when she used the tool on my cuticles it dug into my nails and now they are stained. Also my pedicure, for the leg and foot massage she threw 1 hot towel partially on my legs and walked away. And this was for a scheduled appointment not a walk in. Usually I always had a good experience. But this time fell very short.
