Upscale barbershop

My husband booked an appointment a week or so ago, and whoever they use screwed up- supposedly. So yesterday on the day of his appointment, he gets a cancellation notice. He calls them to see what's going on, and he was told that they aren't open that late (even though it says they are right on their door) and the barber he booked with didn't have availability anyways. He was still able to get an appointment with whoever would be available, so we went in. (The barber that was originally booked with, wasn't even there, so we were lied to!) Upon walking up we see that they are family friendly which is also advertised on their outside window, but they are absolutely anything but. The music that they had playing in the background was literally talking about what a guy wanted to do to a girl in

They used to be a great place, not so much anymore. Booked an appointment for my husband, the person that " was supposed to cut his hair" never showed up. The other barber refused to cut his hair because he wasn't on his list of appointments. Mind you when I booked it I never specified a specific barber. Needles to say We WILL NEVER BE BACK! Furthermore we will not recommend them to anyone either!!

I came here on a Tuesday at 10:00 am and waited 20 minutes and no one ever showed up to open. Not good buisness practice ! This will be the last time here.

Rudy did a great job on my haircut! Perfectionist at his trade, wish I could give 10 stars looking forward to future haircuts!

A little upsetting. Made an appointment for my stepson's haircut & even called before to make sure they would be open at 10am which they confirmed, my husband showed up at 10am and they were not. He waited about 15 mins and still no one was there.
