Upper Level Barber Shop

I just got a fresh haircut from here on 11/4 and it was such a wonderful experience! Friendly, accommodating (I had called ahead to inquire if coming in at 6:30pm was too late since they close at 7:00pm - they were super encouraging to come on in!) and one of the best haircuts I have had. Lovely conversation, the cutest barber shop I’ve ever seen and super inviting vibes! I also appreciate that as a woman coming into the barber shop I was also welcomed with open arms. I know sometimes it can be a little tricky selecting a good place to get your hair done, but definitely try Upper Level, I will make this my go-to barber shop every few weeks from now on. Thank you so much for such a great first experience!!

The owner is disrespectful, favoring his friends over regular customers. I scheduled an appointment over the phone; he instructed me to be there by 6:30. I arrived at 6:25 and waited until 7:00 for him to finish with another customer, which I understand. However, when it was my turn, he asked someone else to take the seat for a haircut. I informed the owner it was my turn, and he became angry, stating I would have to pay an extra $20 for my haircut

Rodney is an amazing barber. He takes his time and makes sure your cut is perfect. Nice clean wholesome shop. He is definitely going to be my barber for a long time.

This shop is a whole vibe! Rodney, the barber, is very professional and does amazing work. There are some ladies that braid in there as well and from what I've seen, do beautiful work! There is also a station in there for manicures. Your one stop grooming shop right in the heart of Hurlock.

Great service! Friendly environment! My son had his dreads started, and they look amazing! Alisa did an excellent job! We will definitely be going back.❤
