Upper Cuts

I just got my first hair cut with Matt at Upper Cuts Barber Shop and I'm definitely planning to make this place my regular go to! First, the hair cut was great and, second, I really liked the relaxed and friendly vibe. The shop has its original barber shop chairs which add to unique quality and down-to-earth feel. These guys are great!

All the barbers are experienced and know what they're doing. Appointments are highly recommended because they are booked every day. If you call or walk in the day of, you're not getting a hair cut. My barber's name is Chris and I can't see myself going to another barber ever again.

After my first visit, this will definitely become my local neighborhood barbershop. The barbers are professional and offer up good barbershop talk. The locale is convenient for any Manayunker/East Fall citizen and you have street parking for blocks. From what I could gather after talking with the barbers, the weekends are insanely busy. Good for them of course, bad for those that may not want a lengthy wait. No appointment system which should be something they consider in the future. The cut itself was great. It's hard to find a multi-ethnic barbershop, since people of color definitely aren't going to walk into a Super Cuts any time soon. This is a place I highly recommend.

This is a great shop. The talent is excellent and the complimentary straight razor back of the neck shave is a fantastic service. This shop is not for men who color coordinate their scarf and cuff links. This is a shop for salt of the earth men who appreciate a fantastic hair cut.

Ive been getting my hair cut by these guys for a little over 2 years now. Before i found these guys I felt like I was rolling the dice when I sat down in a chair. With these dudes I always get a good cut. They have really fair prices compared to other shops in the area too.
