Emily is top notch! The salon itself is welcoming and everyone is so friendly. I make a trip every 3 weeks for a little self care and always leave feeling refreshed ! I had an amazing experience at the upper cut. The stylist Deb was absolutely amazing. She worked with me on what I wanted. Asked a lot of questions so there was no confusion and she really knew her stuff with dying and cutting my hair. Will definitely go back to her!!!!
