They messed up my hair some lady with black hair with bangs messed up my hair she doesn’t even check where to cut she just cut where she said it’s already cut and she cut some of my back hair making it seem like bangs never going here again

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now about once a month, Carmen always gets me right. I get the split ends trimmed with a blunt cut straight around, always comes out even.
