I cannot say enough wonderful things about Unwind Spa. I was organizing a women's retreat and Unwind Spa was wonderful! Bryn, who works the front desk was so helpful- taking time to answer questions and provide insight (even on local attractions). I had Hannah for Thai Stretch and a regular massage and it was one of the best massages of my life! Hannah was such a great listener and so responsive to my body's needs it was like she had given me 6 massages before rather than it was my first time meeting her. We did the sauna and cold plunge which was beautiful! We greatly enjoyed the signature sauna ritual and would 100% recommend. And we had the the best time at the tea tasting! So delicious and informative. Truly a top notch business with great services and the best vibes.

Incredible day at Unwind. We had out of town guests for holidays and a had a beautiful time. Based on what different family members were interested in, we booked a massage, tea service, private sauna for group and we had three go back on public sauna day because they loves it there o much. Beautiful, special, peaceful, relaxing!

I received the most amazing sound bath experience with Maya at Unwind! The space was cozy and I was able to fully relax and let go. Maya has an incredible gift of sounding that was powerful and expansive. She was intentional, loving, and held the most beautiful sacred space. I’m so glad I did this and look forward to going back for more!

Fantastic sound bath. 1 hr of stimulation and relaxation bliss. The Sauna experience was curated and loosely structured which met all of our needs. The peppermint snowballs were divine!!! Take yourself and someone you love!

Such a wonderful experience! My wife and I had separate massages, we both found those giving the massages to be attentive and very intuitive to their craft! After the massages we hit the sauna and cold tub! Loved it! We'll be back!
