UnWind with Elizabeth

I have been a client of Elizabeth's for several years. I had 3 cervical surgeries and she helped me to be pain free and feeling like myself again. Unfortunately in January I was rear ended by a negligent driver and suffered severe whiplash and nerve compression. I immediately sought-after her help again. She's worked very hard to get me feeling better. Per my surgeon my symptoms can easily last for a year. She's helped me to deal with this pain and has been my biggest cheerleader!! I cannot recommend her enough ❤️

I first went to see Elizabeth when I had my second bout with frozen shoulder. Not wanting to go through the very painful physical therapy again, I sought massage therapy. The pain in my shoulder was gone within 2 to 3 months where PT took almost six months. The therapy was relatively pain free and when she released that final big locked muscle I almost cried it felt so good. Since then, she has addressed specific issues when needed and provided an overall stress-reducing massage at other times. Elizabeth treats me like I'm the only patient she has when I'm at a session. She has improved the quality of my life both physically and mentally. I can't thank her enough and I'm certain you'll feel the same way when you Unwind with Elizabeth.

I have had a few massages by Elizabeth and can confidently say she is the most thorough massage therapist I have ever encountered. She is concerned about relaxation of the client, but also identifying how to address pain in problem areas. I was experiencing severe tightness in my lower back and Elizabeth was the first therapist to identify the problem was in a muscle area in my groin, AMAZING! Her massage space is also totally zen and relaxing which adds to an even better experience. As long as I am in the area, Unwind with Elizabeth will be my go to business for massage therapy. Elizabeth is an intuitive massage therapist that can affect my body deeply without using a lot of pressure. She is able to locate my issues and resolve them in a gentle and relaxing manner. She also utilizes a cool massage tool that can go very deep if necessary! Highly recommend!
