So I booked a Groupon for a chiropractic massage for my birthday 🎂 When I walked in Mark was very welcoming besides him interrogating me about my life story with regards to certain pains on my body, I'm kidding! I did quickly realize this is extremely important to go over to make sure he is able to optimize the time he has with you and to be able to address trouble areas. All and all the atmosphere was super relaxing, he had music playing in the background which took me to another universe I def did not wanna come back from LOL. Post massage I can say I felt rejuvenated, my lower back and shoulders felt great for a few days after and I will definitely be back in the future! Marc is an amazing massage therapist. Very detail oriented and knows the body so really focuses on areas that need help. He is personable, kind, professional and worth every penny. I highly recommend him if you like deep tissue massage.

I had a massage with Mark to address some tightness I had been experiencing in my hips and upper back. He was able to loosen those areas up and make suggestions for stretching and exercises to strengthen those areas and improve my posture! I’ll definitely be back!

The massage Marc gave me was one of a kind. I've been to a number of massage parlors but the technique Marc used was definitely what my body needed. I try to stretch and incorporate mobility exercises in my workout routine, but Marc really helped address the chronic tightness I've been experiencing for some time.
