The place is great! I'm pretty shy but the hairdressers were super kind to me and asked questions to make sure I'd be happy with the results. Hair dying and bleaching took a while because my hair is super dark, but the price was easier on me than expected! I wanted to finally review since my hair color is still super vibrant pink/purple even after 2 months! Will definitely make my way back for a future appointment 💜

Unprofessional and disappointing! When I called to make an appointment the person that answered the phone (which turned out to be the stylist) answered with just "Hello". I thought I had the wrong number at first and had to ask to be sure I dialed correctly. I explained that I had never been there before and wanted to schedule a haircut. I was surprised at how soon I could get in for an appointment. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and was scheduled for the following Tuesday morning. On the morning of my appointment the stylist texted me 1 hour and 15 minutes before my appointment asking me to reschedule because she "had a sick kid at home". I declined. A phone call would have been expected instead of a text.

Kept checking on her and was willing to wait for a hair cut after her surgery. Asked in November of 2023 for a hair cut after she was good. Just asked again and basically she blew me off. Not ever going back to someone that is so selfish.

Very friendly and welcoming they do a wonderful job.
