These Dr's are listed to be Medicaid providers but really they do everything not to see Medicaid patients. It's a facade. Don't be in pain because they want you to go to another dentist before you can see them and if people had other dentists then they wouldnt need their assistance. They should remove themselves from the Medicaid approved list of providers and the only reason why they are on there is so they can get free advertising. My guess is that they all work under the United Healthcare CEO of deny, deny, deny.
Nobody likes the dentist, especially when you need teeth pulled but this clinic went up and beyond to get my infected tooth pulled. They somehow emergency scheduled me in, I couldn't be more grateful. My doctors and the team were all so patient with me. It really helped ease my anxieties some. They were patient with my fears and tears as well. So google doesn't have good ratings but I give it a 5/5 because they really eased so much stress for me!
My best friend was referred here for a possible condition & when she called she was told she would be put on the waiting list & when a appointment becomes available she will be called. When asked can she make an appointment she was told no! My friend then asked the person in think her name was Rachel, if she had to pray she even gets an appointment & was told yes. Smh don't go here because you won't get the help you need apparently. Oh and this could possibly be a life saving matter as well. Way to go nebraska med not caring about patients & telling them to Pray they get an appointment.
I’ve recently had surgery, although the staff was kind after my surgery was a nightmare. I attempted to contact Dr. Ruskin multiple times through his nurse Rachael. I’ve been experiencing horrible pain, the medication prescribed to me haven’t been helping at all. I haven’t slept in over 24 hours due to the pain. Every time I call I’m informed his nurse will call me back but they NEVER DID!! I’ve been trying to reach them if another medication will be prescribed for the pain. I contacted multiple times and never received one call back. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT.
Nurses are great and wonderful as well as Dr. Desa. Very professional and knowledgable. Only disappointed in the after math of my oral surgery. I needed 4 wisdom teeth taken out; two of which were 50% inside my gums still. I extremely disappointed that I was not given any kind of pain medication and was only asked to take over-the-counter Tylenol and ibuprofin after having my teeth broken inside my gums just to get them out! I shouldn't have to take 12 pills in a single day just to manage pain when 2 prescribed painkillers would have worked just fine. I even called my nurse Michelle twice days after my surgery and both times I got to her voicemail. I have had oral surgery for getting teeth removed at Oral Surgery Associates and they prescribed me painkillers for having 4 teeth removed just
