Tracee is the best! I discovered this shop over 10 years ago when I was in school and I've never been disappointed. Bring a picture of what kind of haircut you want and Tracee will do it--while also taking into account your face shape, how much time you want to spend on maintenance, if you need to use products, how it will look when it grows out, etc. P.S. I'm one of the haircut pictures from TikTok, maybe more than one by the time you read this.

My experience with Tracee at University Barber Shop L.L.C. Whoa....Where do I start? Tracee is an amazing barber and stylist. I have been going to her for many many years and not once did I get a bad haircut. She pays attention to details of what type of haircut you are looking for. My pet peeve? Don't ever cut my hair too short. In all the years that I have been going to her I have never been disappointed. I love Tracee's haircuts and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The times that I did have to go to someone else because of certain circumstantials, I was disappointed and couldn't wait to get back to Tracee so that she could get me back in shape. Tracee is a wonderful barber and stylist - have had my hair cut there for >2 years now and never been unhappy - she is very flexible to arrange visits and I always leave with a smile on my face after a great chat with Tracee.

Don't listen to these other reviews about affordability. I got a basic haircut no product and it cost me $26. I figured they'd be at most $8 since it's located on a college campus.If you want a quality haircut for a little bit of a premium it's not a bad place.

Note that the shop is located in the Atterbury Student Success Center and is accessed at the north entrance toward the east side of the building. Tracee did my cut and I must say it was one of the best experiences I have had. It was very clear she is experienced and loves what she does. Will come back!
