Universal Therapeutic Massage

After a work incident that hurt my back, it was difficult to sleep and just be active. I tried a few locations but have never been able to find a better place than this! I've had the opportunity to try a bit of the many services they offer and have never been disappointed. The owner is super respectful and down to earth, she's always been completely honest and transparent with me. Been coming since day one and don't plan on changing that any time soon.

She has to be one of the best masseuses in Bellevue. And her schedule shows it. I wish there were more like her because she is hard to get into. That speaks for itself.

I found Veronica through Groupon and became a customer because of her great work. It’s been a little over a year and I go to her biweekly so I hope that says something about her! She knows not only how to help you de stress but also she is amazing at reducing muscle aches through different techniques (e.g: deep tissues, cupping, thai stretches, etc). She is very knowledgeable and a great listener. I always enjoy talking to her. She can sense your mood and will adapt to fit your needs. Highly recommend her. I’m excited to see her business grow!

I had a great experience! I mentioned that I haven't had many professional massage before and she guided me through everything. She checked her level of pressure with me a few times and worked out several pain points from sitting at a desk all day. At the end, she spent the time to provide several recommendations and next steps.

amaaaaazing massage. one of the best I’ve ever had. I have chronic neck and back pain from multiple concussions and a gymnastics career, and I haven’t been this pain-free in so long. she had great deep pressure, that worked everything out while still magically being relaxing. can’t recommend enough!
