Lupe’s professionalism and deep knowledge of skin care impressed me but what keeps me coming back is her genuine nurturing energy and heartfelt care. Lupe is the owner and the provider for the service. The scheduling was very easy via text, she was also the one scheduling me as well. I had to fill in some paperwork since this is my first time seeing her, but I know I will be going back to her in the future. She is very pleasant and professional. The only thing she didn't do well is selling, I know it sounds weird, but she doesn't know how to sell her products! I had to ask and squeeze pricing out of her, and even then, she wanted to check the prices online, on Amazon and Dermstore to price match because she said, she wouldn't want to get something if she could it cheaper online. And not to mention the dermalogica post peel kit that she gave me after our session itself is almost $40 if I buy them online. I honestly don't know how she mak
