Universal Nails

My nails suck i called and wanted acrylic done, but was told that i could only get dip because only one person was available to do acrylic and they were busy. The lady did my nails and toes and sucked at both. She cut my cuticles all over and made them burn by doing alcohol all over my hands. Theyre lumpy, uneven, and ugly. Ive never had a worse experience getting my nails done.

A great deal on Mondays...mani and pedi for 38 dollars. However one of the technicians burped in my face...they were constantly talking amongst each other...then all the technicians seemed to be high...they were all one one side of the room giggling, screaming, laughing and acting hysterical meanwhile ignoring their clients...very unprofessional...skin quality after visit was medicore

I have been coming to Universal Nails for over 5 years and I would not trust anyone else with my manicures! Even after moving to Boston and New York, I still return to South County for my manicures. I get a dip manicure and my nails have never grown so much or been so strong. The polish never chips and lasts 3 solid weeks (if not longer!). The staff is warm and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile! HIGHLY recommend this salon!

I have used this Salon because of its convenience. However I’m definitely finding a new place! They do not do dip manicures very well. My nails look so thick, the shapes on nails don’t match and it is cutting into the sides of my fingers. She also filed too close and cut me on 3 fingers. Sometimes they’re nice and sometimes not. Not worth it
