Universal Nails

I got my nails done here about a week ago and I absolutely LOVE them! They came out just how I wanted and the woman that did them was very efficient and kind. Best part? Even with the design it was only $65! That's a better price than you can get at a lot of places. I totally recommend coming here.

I called last night at 5:45 and asked to be squeezed in for a color change. I went somewhere else for my acrylics, but ended up hating the color I chose. The lady was so so kind and was able to see me. She was gentle and thorough. Her and I talked and laughed and had a great time. AND she did an amazing job on my nails! I am so pleased with the service!

When you call and they say you can come in to get your nails done in 20 minutes you go and nobody is there and nobody answers the phone. Shouldn’t take appointments or say you can come in if you plan to go home…. Such a waste of time….. you call and nobody answers after that sounds like you shouldn’t be open if your customer service skills are at a whopping zero. If rating zero was a choice that would be it because you don’t even deserve a 1 star to be honest.. good luck with future customers. And customers watch out they probably won’t be there for you either …

10/10 I love going here. It’s quiet, relaxing and my nails always come out amazing!!!

The owner was awesome. Got rid of my dry feet, now so soft and smooth. Very relaxing enjoyable pedicure. Great place. My new place. 💕
