Boris is the best barber I have ever had. Hands down. He gives me exactly what I had in mind everytime I sit in the chair. He's kind, humble, and loyal to his customers and community.
Very relaxed atmosphere, even during busy seasons. Gives excellent haircuts, and listens to customers directions (an anomaly in Brooklyn). Universal came recommended by friends and family. Since I started going there I have not gone anywhere else.

Boris and Avi are both fantastic barbers and even better people. Everyone is treated like family. 5+ stars
Today i was with my sister at the salon and she was very happy with the service ,she really enjoyed also they served drinks in there and Wow this hair salon need a 5 star .Its very clean and friendly atmosphere .Love it ⭐️⭐️
