Absolutely love!!! Thank you so much, Haydee!!! Haydee is very good at what she does and she also takes into consideration what I worried about my hair. She would also explain into detail each step so I trusted her judgement. And she excelled my expectations. Photos don’t do justice to the work she did. The experience was incredibly frustrating, mainly due to the stylist, Tatiana Platt. She did not follow clear directions and showed a lack of technical knowledge, which resulted in a very poor outcome. Afterward, the salon owner personally called me to apologize, acknowledged the issue, and offered to make things right. She also assured me that she and the other members of her team have many years of salon experience. I appreciate her politeness, professionalism, and willingness to take responsibility. That said, I do not plan to return or accept the offer. I have adjusted my rating to reflect the owner’s understanding and respectful follow-up. I assume this was simply bad luck, but the initial experience was enough for me.

My wife and I have been coming here for years and we love it! My hair is cut to perfection every time. Scheduling an appointment is easy, and they send me texts so I never miss one. Everyone here is so friendly. You feel like a member of the family while shooting the breeze.

This entire staff is absolutely AMAZING. They have the best customer service ever. They work as a team and are super professional. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and they make you look fabulous. Haydee is so sweet and saved me by helping me with my baby girls hair. The confidence she instilled in my baby is amazing. I appreciate all of you. This is OUR forever hair salon moving forward.

Haydee did the BEST JOB with my platinum blonde! I left the salon beyond happy and highly recommend her to anyone looking to be icy platinum while maintaining their hairs health and integrity!
