I’m not sure how all three of my experiences were off with other ratings so high. First time, I came in for bald braids which I didn’t expect to take long. The braider not only arrived late but failed to properly blowdry my hair. The appointment took over eight hours to finish. The second time, I decided to try knotless braids with a different braider and start at 8am for faster service. Again, it took way longer with us finishing at 9pm, no dipping of the ends, no trim, and ultimately me having to redo the whole hair that same night. I scheduled my appointment over a week in advance and arrived five minutes early. I was directed to a back waiting area that felt a bit sketchy, and while I was sitting there, landscapers outside were blowing dirt under the garage door into the room. After about ten minutes, I started coughing from the dust and went to the front to check on the status of my appointment with Candace. The woman who had initially spoken to me when I came in (who I believe was the owner) asked me, in a snappy tone, if I had spoken to Candace. I’m new here to Phx and wasn’t sure where to go for my hair but I’m glad I found this Salon! Everyone is always friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. Ms. Angela is one of the most down to earth and most knowledgeable hair stylist I’ve ever met! She is always so inviting and sweet and always has me laughing. She answers all my questions effortlessly and doesn’t hesitate to go into detail and make sure I’m good with everything before she continues. I am always very relaxed and in a great mood while I’m here and I cannot wait to come back soon!

I can’t say enough good things about this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The space is clean, comfortable, and has such a relaxing vibe. The braider Jae is truly an artist — patient, gentle, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and executed the style flawlessly. The attention to detail in every braid is unmatched, and the finished look was neat, stylish, and long-lasting. What impressed me most was how careful she was with my natural hair, making sure it was protected while still giving me a beautiful style. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and already excited to come back.

I had gotten my hair done with another person, and the process wasn't a great experience, furthermore the price wasn’t cheap. I’m wanted to give it another shot, before I decided to just braid my own hair. I just found my new hair braider <3! Not only did they make the process easy, she provided the hair, my braided was so friendly and easy to talk to(Dari)! A fun, open environment I genuinely love it here!
