I have some concerns about my recent experience at this establishment. I noticed that sanitization practices seemed lacking, particularly with nail products being used on multiple clients without changing them. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired, as there was an expectation for tipping that felt unwarranted. I believe it's important for businesses to adhere to health guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their patrons. It would be great to see an effort to improve service quality in our community, as it aligns with the standards we expect in the U.S.A Overall, I’m not ever going back or recommending any of the nail salons in the neighborhood unless their Black American owned and yall should do the same bc they don’t value you just your dollars .

Average experience. Dip removal and gel manicure for $35. Removed my dip without issues. She didn’t put primer for my gel polish and only put 3 coats even though it’s a thinner glitter polish. Didn’t replenish the brush for each nail so there was less and less polish added as she was going… also starting to chip a little.

Honestly one of the least crowded, quiet & best nail salons to go to out of the ones near it especially in Bushwick. If the other nail salons around it are too crowded or loud, this is honestly for you. They take their time here. Nail shaping especially when it comes to do acrylic nails could be better but overall, they did the best they can. I like my nails a lot.

I really like this nail salon and the designs are awesome. Amy did a really great job on my nails she is my new nail tech and her nail designs last the whole two weeks without a problem🙂.

This is my second visit to this nail salon. The manicurist has designed my nails to look great. I also like the shape 😘. I am looking forward to your surprise next time!
