I’ve been going to this place since they opened back in 2018 and have absolutely loved them. They were always so kind and have always done such a great job, but I went in tonight and the lady did an awful job and I am not ever one to complain but I will not be back. It kind of sucks because I’ve been going here for years so to have to find somewhere new makes me sad, but she cut my eye and didn’t get any of the hair: they look the same as they did when I got there, usually they clean them up underneath and make them smooth and clean and they didn’t. I think they are under new management I am not sure but I will not be back.

Sundy gives me a lovely experience every time and leaves my eyebrows looking awesome!

My daughter got her lashes done here for her birthday and they looked horrible. The lashes were pointing downward and you could see a thick line of glue on them. I went back in with her to get this corrected or a refund and the lady "fixed at her lashes" and made them worse. She then refused a refund and refused to remove them. My daughter went to the bathroom and removed them herself because they looked so bad. I gave 1 star because there was no zero star rating.

i love it here!! my mom and i always get our brows done here. they’re amazing!! we’ve been coming here since 2021 and we always get great service. Ross did an amazing job on my moms eyebrows. she’s usually really sensitive but it was quick and good work.
