Unique Reflection

I attempted to make an appointment with this hair stylist Alexis. I was hopeful as a first time client my experience would be a positive one. Unfortunately, communication was poor from the beginning, despite multiple follow-ups via text and calls, I received little to no response. When finally spoke on the phone, I was abruptly interrupted, told she was heading to another’s client home also managing personal responsibilities ( kids) and than the call was disconnected. This experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I understand that things come up, but clearly communication and respect for a client’s time are essential in any service based business. I was disappointed by how this was handled and ultimately chose to look elsewhere.

Alexis is amazing when it comes to braiding. She braided my daughters hair & she loves it so much! Perfect length and size. For a great affordable price, You cannot beat that. One of the best here in Arizona! Her shop was clean. She is very sweet. She is professional. WE WILL BE BACK!

She was so nice and responsive prior to my appointment. (Same day appointment) I got to her shop and it was clean, great music and vibes! She was washing my hair ( comes with each appointment) and it felt heavenly. Then my style was done and it was not heavy handed, it was quick, and I loved the result I would definitely go back. ( she having a 25% off first time clients) She is local to me in Tempe and she provided hair !

First time taking my daughter to a salon. Alexis did my daughter's hair. She went beyond what I asked for and my daughter loved it!!! Salon was nice and clean. Made us comfortable, nice and pleasant! We will be back soon

She offers an incredibly reasonable pricing structure. It's reassuring to have a hair stylist that respects a sense of inclusivity and understands the importance of affordable and accessible services. The salon is super stylish and has this unique ambiance that perfectly blends relaxation and creativity. The decor is chic and organized.
