Overall good experience, definitely seemed a bit understaffed. I made an appt online and had to wait for someone to come over to me but that's okay, not a long wait. Does not have Dazzle Dry! Feel like that is important to note because I was looking for a salon that carried the brand. Also, no hygiene liners in the pedicure tubs. Didn't love that- but I did see them spray and wipe down the tub with a bleach product. Not the same in my opinion. They did have a sterilizer machine for the tools so hoping everything is up to code on that front (Im sure it is!) Overall, Kim did a pretty good job on my pedicure. Not the best paint job to be honest and a lot of the nail polishes looked old but my feet feel smooth and Kim was really kind and was meticulous and gentle!

It was my first visit. I was curious about it as I have driven by many times. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. I got the classic pedicure . The spa is overall attractive and clean. The nail technician was polite and professional . The spa has an unusual set up which looks nice but I did not find it very comfortable to sit at for a pedicure. . It was not the traditional reclining massage chairs. It was more like a bench seat with a pillow. I had a little trouble getting down from it after my pedicure . . My toes look good and I got a nice massage but the callous removal was unfortunately lacking. I did not notice until a few hours after leaving the spa that my heels were barely touched and still some rough spots all over my feet. I have an event to go to this weekend

Went here on a whim as it was my first time. Absolutely lovely service and staff!! My gel pedicure was exactly what I wanted and their color selection was 10/10!

Nora did an excellent manicure on my neglected, winter chapped hands! I really needed that, thank you, Nora!
