Unique Nails Miami

No wonder why this place has 3.7, just by reading the reviews you can see the type of business this is. I feel bad for the receptionist (very nice girl) that has to work in a place like this. My daughter went there for mani and pedi and they did a horrible job. When the manager returned my phone call he did it with an attitude and screaming over the phone but it doesn’t surprise me at all, this is the normal in Miami. HORRIBLE PLACE.

This is honestly one of my favorite places in the country. I travel a lot for business but I lived in Doral for 4 months in 2021. Every time I’m in the area, I come back. Highly recommend!

Been going to Unique Nails in Doral for 7 years, but things went downhill in the last year. New management took over and the vibe just isn’t the same. The boss lady is pretty harsh with her staff, making it super awkward for us clients. Plus, prices shot up but the quality? Not so much. So yeah, not feeling it anymore and won’t be going back while things stay like this. Miss the good old days there.

My boyfriend and I went to this establishment to get pedicures. He is of black descent, and due to a previous situation from the other Unique Nails in Doral, was already hesitant in going. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and told how long the wait would be, which was a lot better than our previous experience. When it was our turn we both sat down. The individuals who worked here assumed we did not understand Spanish and what they were saying. We clearly heard one of the nail techs state she is not doing his pedicure and proceeded to help a girl who came in after us. It was clear as day why she didn’t want to do it and it was clear that this environment and the culture of those who worked there believed it was okay to treat someone this way. We recently moved to the area from Atlanta and were looking for a nail shop for my wife. I read the reviews and was hesitant to take my wife . We entered the establishment and were greeted. We explained that we did not speak Spanish and had customers offering to translate. Francis said she spoke some English and assisted my wife. An appointment was scheduled with Francis and I must admit that she took her time and made sure we were satisfied. It may be true that some in the shop don't speak English but don't let be the reason for not going. Make an appointment with Francis and she will take good care of you!
