Unique Nails

I came here today to try out a new spot & there was no wait for a pedicure. It’s my birthday so I wanted to do something nice for myself. Tammy greeted me & I was looking at the table that had a bunch of bottles of polish to choose from. The bottles were in terrible condition. Some had old dirty CVS stickers on them. They looked like they had not been used or shaken in over a year. The liquid was separating. She handed me a plastic pallet & rushed me over to the chair to get started. I chose a color & she pulled the bottle out from behind one of the nail stations & makes me wonder why they even bother having a table when you walk in. Been going here for years for my nails super easy I usually just walk in and 123 done always a good job . Today I got my first pedicure, Tammy did a fabulous job and I will be going back for both nails and feet . Super friendly and clean establishment I highly recommend

Tammy is very nice but I will not be returning here. I got a dip manicure and it took about 20m for her to get my old polish off. Any other salon I’ve been to wraps each finger in foil and soaks. I was given a dirty bowl of polish remover and after four rounds of filing on each hand the polish was finally off. I was given about six palettes of colors to choose from — typically there’s baskets full of selection. She was very rough with the filing and made me bleed a few times. The color is also very weak … nothing like the sample. I’ve never been asked to get up and wash my own hands ? … they usually use a warm towel. There were no towels, no massage, no lotion applied .. literally nothing. She also used the UV gel light to dry my nails which I’ve never been given for dip manicure and is ac

My nails are pretty but the glue doesn't hold. One nail came off whole I fixed it when I called Tammy is rude nope done here unless this is addressed if your glue sucks your not charging me twice never again its a shame but it is what it is.

Tammy is nice, but she had to finish my pedicure after the other woman working with her was complaining about how tired she was. Tammy said the other woman ate a big lunch. I didn’t even notice her sleeping when I came in. The other woman was literally falling asleep while she was working on me. She stuck some probe thing under my nail and I yelled out. Tammy told her to go to the sofa and sleep. About three.minutes later Sleepy starts blasting music from her cell phone which was super annoying and then standing up and bopping around. She went to the back. Tammy said “I’m sorry” really? You find this acceptable or excusable behavior? I guess they are related because as a manager how do you allow this? Tammy’s rush job was sub-par and disappointing. Sooooo one star and not returning. When t
