Unique Nails

I call before I came in to get my toe nail fixed. The gel polish has a bubble. You can literally move the polish. The lady was asking what color instead of giving me the color plate. You was about to fix it until another customer came in. She started helping someone else. Very UNPROFESSIONAL I was in there first. How do gel polish move. My nails and toes ugly anyway

I love this nail salon! Helen and Thao are the best! I’m always more than satisfied with my nails and my pedicures. Helen really knows how to get into my toes and make them look great and keep them from being painful even if I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks before I come in. Thao always executes ANY design I want and she always makes my nails look exactly the way I want them without complaint. And my daughter’s nails always come out looking perfect!

It was my first time coming to this nail salon and I won’t EVER be back. If you go here after seeing all these one star reviews, you’re either desperate or an idiot. Or both. My experience here was terrible. TERRIBLE. I asked for a simple gel manicure and they filed my nails into the ugliest rigid square shape. This is what I asked for (dark purple with star design) and this is what I got!!! I would have appreciated if they just told me they didn’t know how to draw stars, but of course they are money hungry and just took my business anyway, knowing they couldn’t deliver good results. Then tried to gaslight me and tell me the reason my inspo didn’t look the same is because it’s “art” it’s garbage is what it is. I could have done my own nails and did BETTER!! 50$ for this trash. Stars look l

Love my nails. Thai always does a great job and I have been going up her for over 19 years. Hellen is also wonderful!

The technician was very nice and kind. BUT I asked for a pink & white set, I sat my phone in front of her with a photo of what I wanted. The work was sloppy and rushed. The nails were shaped on even as well. I will not return because when I asked about the shaping and polish she couldn’t even understand what I was requesting.
