I have been a loyal customer at Unique Nails for 5+ years. Every technician is friendly, skilled and detailed oriented, but I especially want to highlight how amazing the manager Johanna is. She takes the customer service and their quality of service very seriously. There is a nail salon at every corner, but it is difficult to find one that truly cares about the customers satisfaction at this level. It's always extremely easy to make an appointment with them, they always take me in right away when I arrive, they have a great membership system, and their pricing is reasonable. What impresses me the most is even when I had some concerns, Johanna addressed them immediately with sincere and genuine care. I am really happy that I have found a solid nail salon that I can rely on.

I’ve been going to this salon for almost ~5 years and they never disappoint. They always try to accommodate same day appointments if requested. Every single nail tech there knows exactly what they are doing and have never disappointed with the nail shape/color I’ve asked for.

Went in for a gel nail removal and Maggie destroyed my nails, no soak-off, nothing. She filed down so much my nails are thin, weak, CONSTANTLY breaking and it'll probably take me MONTHS to grow them out until they're healthy again. She is probably the worst, most negligent nail tech with a horrendous attitude; she even nicked me twice (the second time she made me bleed lol) and didn't apologize, just stared me at me, like girl, what are you staring at, the problem is right there, it's you lol. Warning to other customers: DO NOT GET MAGGIE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DESTROY YOUR NAILS. A shame since I've been a customer here for almost 3 years. Never had a problem with the other nail techs, who are generally fine at their job, but I won't be bringing my business back here. EDIT: whoever the busin
