One star. This was one of the worst nail appointments I’ve ever had. I came in for a basic dip French set. The salon was not busy — only a few other clients were there — so there was no excuse for how this service went. The nail tech who was called over to take my appointment clearly did not want to work on me. She was extremely rough from the start. During prep, she trimmed my nail so close underneath that she actually clipped my skin. I jerked my hand back and she told me to calm down. I told her directly, “No — you’re hurting me.” She did not apologize and did not change how she handled my hands. She kept being rough the entire appointment. I was so tense my palms were sweating. Hello js wanted to come on here and say I really loved it the lady who did my nails was so nice she even told me to go longer so it looked better and i definitely should’ve! But overall everyone was kind and I only am making a late review is because I wanted to see if the nails would stay on for awhile and they are staying on and they are beautiful it was also funny how they did a photo shoot haha!

Edited to reply: there was only MAYBE 5 customers in the salon. Including myself and my friend. So "being busy" was nowhere near an issue. After seeing the amount of reviews that have been made that are just like mine, it seems this business is ok letting mediocre work walk out the door. My advice, each client is a billboard of your work for your business. Take pride in that work and customers will come flocking through the door. My appointment was for a fill with Vivianne. The building seemed clean and everyone was friendly. But unfortunately, Vivienne couldn't do designs which was fine. But she made it sound like she just couldn't do the words I wanted. So I proceeded with hopes of still getting hand painted flowers on one nail. Instead, she busted out with a book of stickers like my 5

The nail tech that I sat with tried to bully me into getting gel nails when I came into get regular nail polish. When he finally started doing my nails, I asked him like 6 times to fix multiple mistakes on my nails while shaping and he ignored me, just left me with extremely crooked, raised and chipped nails, He started to finish up I made a couple of comments about how I wanted to make sure the nails were dry and he mocked me multiple times, literally laughing at me. I called/complained and they had me come back in for a second time, everything looked great until it came time to make sure they were dry and two separate techs confirmed that they were dry, they weren’t and now they refuse to fix anything. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I got a full set of acrylic nails, they are bumpy, thick and uneven. Nail polish was left on the edges of my nails even after I asked about it. Nail tech was unfriendly Not planning to go back here
